NSS ESTATE OFFICERCompany: LB Group Ltd Location: Pokuase, Accra Employment Type: Full-Time – National Service Company Profile LB Group Ltd is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded, and highly motivated National Service Personnel with an academic background in Real Estate Management or a related discipline to join its team in Pokuase. The successful candidate will support the organization’s real estate and property-related activities while gaining practical exposure to property development, property management, real estate research, client relations, property investment, and market analysis. This opportunity is ideal for a graduate who wants to build practical experience and develop a strong understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the real estate industry. Role Overview As an NSS Estate Officer, you will work closely with the real estate team to support property administration, market research, site inspections, documentation, client engagement, and development activities. You will contribute to day-to-day property operations while developing practical skills in real estate research, property assessment, development, investment support, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day administration of real estate and property activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, files, and documentation. Conduct research on property markets, locations, developments, pricing, and emerging market trends. Assist with property inspections, site visits, and property assessments. Support the preparation and updating of property listings and marketing information. Collect, organize, and analyze property-related data to support business decisions. Assist with property valuation and market assessment activities under appropriate supervision. Prepare property briefs, reports, presentations, and other real estate documentation. Support communication and follow-up with clients, property owners, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders. Assist the team in monitoring property development activities and project progress. Maintain accurate records of properties, projects, transactions, and related activities. Support due diligence activities by gathering, organizing, and reviewing relevant property documentation. Assist with the preparation of documentation for property acquisitions, sales, leases, developments, and investments. Support real estate investment and development activities as assigned. Assist with identifying potential properties, development opportunities, and emerging market opportunities. Conduct field research and site visits to gather relevant property and market information. Support the preparation of presentations and materials for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders. Perform other property-related duties assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Real Estate, Land Economy, Property Studies, or a related discipline. Must qualify for or currently be undertaking National Service. Strong interest in real estate, property development, investment, and property management. Good research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of basic real estate and property principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to conduct field and property site visits when required. Demonstrated commercial awareness and interest in business. Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
