We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Motor Insurance Agency Coordinator to join our team in Accra. Job Summary The Motor Insurance Agency Coordinator will coordinate the activities of assigned insurance agencies and support them in achieving business and service objectives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with agency partners, facilitate policy processing, monitor business performance, and ensure that agencies receive timely support. The role requires strong organisational skills, customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned motor insurance agencies. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with agency partners and intermediaries. Support agencies in generating and growing motor insurance business. Provide timely guidance and assistance on motor insurance products, policies, and procedures. Coordinate the processing and issuance of motor insurance policies and related documentation. Review submitted documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company requirements. Follow up on outstanding documentation, renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related matters. Monitor agency performance and prepare regular reports on business activities and results. Identify opportunities to improve agency performance and increase motor insurance sales. Respond promptly to agency and customer enquiries and resolve service issues effectively. Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance, and other departments to resolve agency-related matters. Support the implementation of agency sales initiatives, campaigns, and business development activities. Monitor policy renewals and encourage agencies to maintain strong customer retention. Ensure agencies follow company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and established service standards. Maintain accurate records of agency activities, correspondence, transactions, and performance. Provide feedback to management on agency needs, market developments, and emerging business opportunities. Perform other relevant duties assigned by management. Qualification Required & Experience Degree/HND qualification in Insurance, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field. Previous experience in insurance, agency coordination, sales, customer service, or financial services will be an advantage. Knowledge of motor insurance products, policy administration, and agency operations will be an advantage. Strong customer service and relationship-management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet business targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
