Loader Company: FarmMate Africa Location: Accra – Legon Bypass, Ghana Employment Type: Full-Time About FarmMate Africa FarmMate Africa is a growing agricultural distribution business focused on connecting fresh produce with customers through efficient sourcing, handling, fulfilment, distribution, and delivery. We are expanding our operations and seeking hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Loaders to support our tomato and vegetable distribution centre at Legon Bypass, Accra. We welcome individuals who work well in a team, take pride in handling products carefully, and can maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. About the Role As a Loader, you will support the safe and efficient movement of tomatoes, vegetables, customer orders, packaging materials, and other goods within the distribution centre. You will load and unload vehicles, arrange products appropriately, support order dispatch, and ensure that produce reaches customers and delivery vehicles in good condition. Qualifications & Experience Basic education, JHS/BECE, SHS, vocational training, or equivalent qualification is acceptable. Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehouse operations, logistics, agriculture, FMCG, retail, food distribution, or a related environment will be an advantage. Experience handling fresh produce, food products, crates, cartons, or other goods will be beneficial. Previous experience working in a distribution centre or warehouse will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies Ability to lift, carry, move, and arrange goods safely. Good physical coordination and stamina. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong attention to product handling and order details. Ability to work quickly while maintaining safety and accuracy. Good teamwork and communication skills. Basic numeracy and ability to count quantities accurately. Ability to work around vehicles and in a busy distribution environment. Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
