What You Will Do Configure, customize, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow instances across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps modules. Design and build automated workflows, business rules, and catalog items to streamline IT service delivery and operational processes. Develop integrations between enterprise platforms using tools such as Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, ServiceNow IntegrationHub, or custom REST/SOAP APIs. Manage Jira Service Management and Atlassian suite configurations, including project workflows, SLA policies, and automation rules. Perform platform upgrades, patch testing, and instance cloning while maintaining zero-downtime deployment standards. Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to give client leadership visibility into SLA compliance and service health. Participate in sprint planning and standups with international IT operations teams to scope configuration changes and enhancements. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of enterprise platform administration experience, with deep expertise in at least one major ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is strongly preferred. Experience building integrations using iPaaS tools such as Workato, Tray.io, or Microsoft Power Automate. Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices. Familiarity with scripting and automation (JavaScript, GlideScript, Groovy, or equivalent) for platform customization. Flawless English communication skills to gather requirements and deliver platform demos to IT directors and stakeholders.
